Now that we’ve spent the day hunting womp rats, it’s time to fire up the grill and enjoy some sweet womp rat ribs.
Ingredients:
3 lbs. – Curly’s Fully Cooked Baby Back Ribs
1 can – Pineapple slices
10 oz. – Smuckers Smiply Fruit Apricot
Directions:
Place a layer of aluminum foil on a cooking pan. Then place the rack of ribs on the aluminum foil. Place the pineapple rings on the top of the ribs and then spoon in the apricot in the center of the pineapple rings. Place another layer of aluminum foil to cover the ribs.
Cook at 375 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
Serve with a side of baked beans.
Serves 4 to 6.
